Ballet Beautiful's floor work.
Many of Linda Wooldridges floor work are tough. She has many on youtube. You can search for floor work or for ankle weight workouts (and just do without the ankle weight if you choose). Just noticed you commented on Barlates already (Sorry!) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LLMrdU6gWZI https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tWdAjsARDkE https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BfprMnLhpXA Can you do glutes bridges or is that too much weight on your feet?? |

Barlates Quiet Quarantine Mat would be great. It is tough and all seated or lying down without any pressure on your feet.

I don't know if you use downloads or not but there's Cathe Live #291 Legs and Core Down on the Floor that's no standing and a very short plank section which can be modified to knees. The side planks are also easily modified with putting your knee down instead of your foot.
Here's the link to the download purchase and a short video clip: https://www.cathedownloads.com/291-l...-on-the-floor/
