Got in a nice long bike ride yesterday afternoon with my DW. My son does his own 20+ mile ride every day (which amazes me). He's starting the fall semester tomorrow at UMBC (University of Maryland Baltimore County). He transferred from our community college. He's got his mind set now on a law career. Classes are in person.

5-6 - Moving house. Even with professional movers, so much time sorting things, directing things, up & down the stairs. Both a physical and mental challenge. Now we're in the new house, we'll be putting stuff away but we're definitely coasting towards the finish.

Goal: return to doing FIRMs to increase my leg strength workouts PLUS force myself to do the abs portions or at least part of them as I ramp up to doing more strength. This Summer I've really enjoyed Jessica Smith's stretch/yoga workouts so I'll be including her often. Looking forward to dusting off some dvds from both as the month progresses!

Once again our AMT rescues me from the rain preventing my walk/ bike ride. Weather was ungodly as you all have seen in the news. Annapolis ( not too far from us) got slammed with a tornado. I know there are other Marylanders here, I hope they were spared flooding- CabC

Cab, that’s one good thing about our w/o machines, they’re always there no matter what the weather outside! Stay safe all who are in the paths of these awful storms!

Jane, thx for providing the link to that band w/o you did. It looks good for a Cathe sub! Bookmarked! What day is your DD’s due date? I would be on pins and needles this whole month!!

I hope everyone in the path of Ida are safe. No wind, rain or tornado damage!

AsSweet - have you decided what youíre going to do next? I wish I had started the LGI8 but maybe itís a good thing that Ďm waiting and thinking about the workouts that Iíll do. For the circuit week, I think 3 PHAs will be too much. PHA3 kicked my butt the other day, and PHAT is even harder, at least for me. I think 1 PHA and 2 bootcamps may be a better fit. But interested to see what you come up with. And when do you think weíll start Hammer & Chisel? Jan 2022? Great job on your rotation. Thatís some stick-to-it-ness for sure! . Is your daughter doing a hybrid program or in school all day? I thought things would have been somewhat back to normal for kids, in school, but still crazy times.

AnMrsDe - glad that your parents are getting home health assistance. Today is a great day to have the top down! Iím off today, already been to TJ Maxx, nothing to see. Going to Michaelís shortly to get my 2022 calendar/journal. Ha! Great job on Tabatacise. Iíve done the whole thing a time or two. I have to be in the mood for all that jumping though!
