Treadmill workouts I’m enjoying (IBX Running, YouTube)

I’ve been following along with these treadmill workouts at the YMCA recently. They’re really good. The instructor has walking, running and C25K programs. Her walking workouts include speed and incline intervals.

Just sharing because I know a lot of you guys have home treadmills.

I’m a walker, too! Rachel’s walks are very adaptable.

Those are so cool! I wish I could use things like this — the cardio machines at the gym have similar videos built in. But I get such bad motion sickness, and it’s gotten worse with age. I literally made it 5 seconds before I had to turn off that video, lol.

I wasn't going to look at this bc I hate cities but I'm glad I did bc they also have nature walks and they really pulled me in with the playlist for ghost town walks! Thanks for sharing!

Thanks so much for posting about this site! One of my check-in buddies uses this site a lot, so thanks, girls, for bringing it to my attention!

I did this workout this morning and loved it...I'm not a runner, so these speeds/incline changes were perfect for me to get in some additional cardio. I love how she puts the speeds/inclines/times/what's next on the screen, so I could easily mute her and play my own music. Great TM class!

Another fan of IBX Running here! I modify to walking as well and have definitely noticed an improvement in my walking speed from using her workouts. When she says "increase your speed, even if it's only by .1", I always do. Some days I'm brave and increase by .2!
