I originally didn’t join because, like you, I have all of her workouts. But when she said she was going to create programs exclusively for the streaming platform, I reconsidered…and I’m so glad I did! I was worried the new Build program would be too easy for me, but so far it looks like it will be great for a break between more intense programs. I already used some of the cardio for in between STS 2.0 days, plus there’s a “self care” module that’s a (wonderful) foot massage…it looks like she’s going to be creative in what she creates for the platform. Also, the sets and filming are on par with her DVDs.

FYI, I saw that Jessica responded to a post on the All Access forum that the current code for $99/year is only good through 6/1 and won’t be offered again. Not sure if it will never happen again, but that’s what she said.

If Build was the only program she was ever going to put there, I’d probably pass, but this is just the first of what sounds like many offerings, which is pretty exciting for less than $9/month.

Cardio (all roughly 30 minutes):

L.I.S.S. Fusion Feedback Flow - this feels much like a fusion workout

Self Care (all under 10 minutes, most are less):

Strength (all roughly 30 minutes):

Total Body 1
Total Body 2
Total Body 3
Quadriceps, Hamstrings & Calves
Chest & Back
Glutes & Core
Bi's, Tri's & Inner Thighs
Shoulders & Upper Back
Lower Body Detail
Upper Body Detail


Fusion (all roughly 30 minutes):
Refresh Fusion
Pi-Yo Flow
Deep Core & Balance Builders

Carol / txhsmom - THANK YOU! I did not realize Build would be all these workouts. Hmmm... maybe I'll join the AAP. If all of these were on DVDs, it would be getting close to the $99 anyway.

I came back to say I caved . Started BUILD today. Did the Total Body 1; I liked it. I like the new exercises. Wasn't prepared for the high reps though; def dropped down to a lighter weight. Short & sweet; perfect for my tired body today.

FirmDancer, I was surprised by the high reps too. I thought wait, is this beginner, lol. I used ten pounds, which is heavy for me.

I generally use lighter weights anyway for Jessica's strength work, but those were some long sets...

Jessica moved slower, but she added more reps lol.

I credit Jules 25 Day Strength workouts for increasing my strength. I started with 8 pounds and was up to 10 by the end of the 25 days. I liked that rotation.
