Am not crazy about the title but I like the look of the workouts. But this looks like the same set of Guillermo Gomez's Cardio Burn which I found I couldn't do because every time light reflected on the pipes on the wall, it looked like something was moving and the effect was just making me very dizzy. I am weird I know. I hope that's not the case with this one because it looks like something I would enjoy.

In the clip she says something about a "bedroom mindset."

Uh, okay... Actually, the workout itself looks quite good. I'm guessing that instructors struggle to find interesting, catchy titles for their workouts. It's easy to confuse a lot of the Firm, Cathe, and Jillian workouts because the names are so similar, but when instructors go outside the usual catchphrases, the result is sometimes less than successful!

Not crazy about the title. I have all of Angie's workouts and like her a lot so I'll probably be getting this one, too.
