I didn't even think of a dead body. I immediately thought of getting breathless during the workout...probably because that's what I always do with faster cardio. Gee, I used to have a creative imagination, once upon a time. I'm actually kinda bummed that thought didn't occur to me!

It looks like Amy Dixon teaches spinning classes at the Equinox gym in Santa Monica entitled "Breathless: the Ride".

Is it possible that her "Breathless Body" workout DVD is a spinning DVD? She's never done one before, not even on ExerciseTV.

I really like the cardio segment of her Give Me 10 dvd. I hope the new one has a similar style.

Despite the unusual title I am definitely getting Breathless Body. Collage has it on it's coming soon page and it's a tabata workout. Here is the description:

Amy brings you a Tabata-style body-weight interval drills. You'll repeat each drill eight times for 20 sec. at your maximum intensity with a 10-sec. recovery (producer-supplied info).

That sounds fantastic to me. It's hard to find a good tabata workout on DVD. I don't know about getting her Give Me 10 More, but the minute Breathless is available I'm getting it.

An actual Tabata workout will make you want to die, so the title seems appropriate in this case!
