I don't think any of the "sexy" sounding titles bother me... but for some reason I can't imagine having "Steamin' Cardio" sitting on my shelf, lol!

I agree that the title and this thread made people look at the clip. So it worked. From the clip, it looks like a good workout. I won't be buying it right now because I have too many workouts. But I might be interested some day.

Honestly, I would like to see a workout like this. I've known a few New Yorkers and I like the style.
