Solstice/New Year Sadhana?

December always gets me thinking about my annual Sadhana. I usually do 40 days & plan to start on Winter Solstice which is Dec 21 this year. Jan 1 start is a popular choice, but length and start day are always up to you. I plan to focus on yoga again, but other possibilities are QI Gong, meditation, daily reading, or something else you want to work on in your life. These are only suggestions, as always there are no rules! Anyone else interested? I will start a check in on Dec 20 if there's enough interest.

Pam, I'm in, although I usually start on Jan 1st since I tend to take exercise days off during the holidays.

Beth - I hope to start on Solstice, but it might be more practical to wait until Jan 1 as we are in the city at DS1’s for 5 nights over Christmas. It will be busy with the kids.

I'm in too. I love the idea of starting on the solstice but I end of missing days bc of the holidays so I will probably start January 1.

I'm in! I can either start Dec. 21 or Jan. 1st, whatever the consensus is.

I’ll start the check in Dec 20 or 21 so you can start whenever you like, Dec 21, Jan 1, or any day in between.

My asana practice is doing fine, but I’ve been slacking on meditation and this will help! I’ll plan to start on Dec. 21.
