Oh I really wish I would have gotten this instead of Patrick's Body Design. I love Get ready, Step, Go! Would you say this is an advanced workout? Also will Collage let me do an exchange? I just don't think I'll do the Patrick one often.

fab40 If you love her step workout and you like circuit workouts, you'll probably like this one just as much. Anyone else notice in Kelly's DVDs that no one is wearing skimpy clothes (YEAH!!!). Kelly also doesn't have mindless chatter!!!

I like Patricks BD a lot - Both are the perfect intensity for me but I think Patricks might be tougher.

fab, if you ordered Patrick's workout within the past 30 days then definitely give Collage a call. I think they'd exchange it.

Yes, the cardio segments are high impact~plyo squats, jumping jacks and some jumps onto the step. You could, of course, modify. But, I think that the cardio segments are pretty short.

I want this one really bad!! I love her Get Ready, Step, Go. I ordered 4 vids after Christmas through Collage. I think I better wait till my B-day to get this one. I think she is going to be a big hit in the video fitness world. I wish I would have gotten this instead of Patrick's Body By Design. Would Collage exchange it for me? Does anyone know? TIA!
