I did this workout this morning and was very impressed with Kelly Coffey and this workout.
This workout managed to keep my heartrate up until we went down to the floor to do chest and abs. The workout incorporates strength training with intervals of cardio, which Kelly refers to as active rest. The cardio sections are meant to get your heartrate up! The strength workout consist of rounds and each muscle group is worked twice, and the exercises used for each muscle group is repeated twice. Functional Fitness exercises, traditional strength exercises, and even traditional strength exercises with a twist are used throughout the entire workout.
