Geesh, I still have the Fast 10 set in the trunk of my car..never used. I did look at one of the DVDs and they seem to be ok, but I've never done any more with it.

Guess I should put it on the Swap or Yayas or something.

Your post has definitely interested me in the Fast 10 series, but the price is a little expensive. I may look for it on the ya ya's swap or video exchange here. Thanks for posting!

In any event, anybody knows where I can find the door attachment and the other equipment needed? I do like the system but unfortunately, "as is" (only dvds) I cannot really use it. (I have the b-lines though)

I remember someone saying at some point that they got this and it didn't work on their doors. I'm wondering if Fast10 is something my bf would like, so what do I need to know about his doors to know?

The door needs to have three hinges to properly anchor the equipment! HTH!

I used the safety strap for tree/pole/fence type hook ups with my weight machine and was able to get the Blines and aerobic belt into very good positions this way including using the aerobic belt on the rebounder.
Way less complicated and more versatile than using a door for me.
So if you have a sturdy pole, beam, or whatever, this may work for you as an alternative to the right kind of door which may not be in a preferred location.

1. I see on prior threads that there were glitches - freeze ups - with these - has that been resolved?

2. also, the main place I work out is my attic - where there aren't any doors. Could I use my fluidity bar for the the wrap-around-the-handle stuff?

3. Is there a "music off" feature?

dissatisfied F-10ers - pm me - maybe we could arrange a trade, etc.

ETA - oops! sorry, I didn't mean to revive an old thread, I know that's confusing - I thought I started a new thread.

where exactly does the glitch occur, and how many minutes of the workout would you miss if you skipped over it?
