bubbles, ITA that it's tough not to cross the line when an instructor puts it out there.

zoegirl and Pat, glad you can overlook the other stuff. I'm not sure I can do it anymore.

Agree 100%. Putting it out there is putting it mildly. Trying to provoke others is not a good look for an instructor. I won’t comment further because of the rules.

I was hoping for more workouts like her box and pump on RAW. I really like all the workouts that combine boxing with toning/strength.

The BoxFit I also thought was going to be a "set" where she had box/upper body; box/lower body; box/toning; box/total body, etc. This is what I gathered on FB when it was first announced a few months back, but things changed. Hope the premixes are good.

Not sure about Super Sculpt, will have to wait and see.

waiting for clips now.
