A big nope. I just never could get into BB stuff. I'm so much a Cathe and Kelly girl that I can't stand the screaming and that high of intensity. Def not at 57.

I got an email with "The Prep" and the "The Work" for early access. The Prep is (11) workouts that are alternated for (4) weeks to build up to "The Work" program.

I previewed the sample workout for "The Prep" and really liked it! It's more intermediate and there's a modifier. They offer an "explicit" and a "clean" version so you can have the cursing bleeped out, lol. Each workout is 30-40 minutes long. I bit the bullet and ordered the early access for $44.95. I tried the first two workouts this morning. I only had to modify a couple of the exercises and felt pretty worked out after. But it also doesn't have any music so I'm going to have to take my iPad down with me in the morning.

I've just rotated my way back around to LIIFT4. I love it and it justifies my BBOD subscription cost by itself. Joel doesn't scream and although the intensity is higher than a lot of workouts I do, it certainly isn't higher than Cathe's!

I have never liked a Beach Body instructor or workout. The acting in this is so over the top. I guess Millenials ike this crap.

Beachbody is consistently reliable. They aren't always my favorite workouts, but they do what they promise, and there's a vast range of offerings. Need a 25-minute resistance workout without weights? Got it. Barre in 20 minutes? Yep. An hour of hardcore cardio? Yes.

I understand why people don't like them, but the fresh content and diverse workouts make it worth the cost of the streaming subscription.

I'm a fan of Beachbody workouts. They offer so much variety and I really enjoy the workouts. They have modifiers in their workouts which I appreciate on days I want to do the workout but have an injury or just want it a little easier.

I can totally understand why they're not for everyone.

I just renewed my BBOD membership. Really excited for 10 Rounds with Joel Freeman.

Oh, and I'm way past millenial
