Lots of good suggestions, but I’m going to add please give yourself some time to heal. I broke my knee last year and at first I was gung ho that I wouldn’t miss my workouts. I was going to do upper body. Well it’s hard enough to do every day things when you are injured. Rest might help you heal faster.

Thanks for all the well wishes and suggestions. Wow, Sherry, that's a lot of links. Thank you!
I feel so silly. I've gone up and down these steps daily for nine years. I suppose I'm lucky I didn't break both feet, as both of them did hurt. Thanks again, everyone, and Hi, Kay!

Sorry about your injury!
As recommended above, Pahla Bowers has some seated workouts that are harder than you might guess: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?lis...zvCJk5XcaQmvtL Feel better soon!
