I'm tempted to order My Body of Work. Does anyone recommend this set? Thanks!

As an example, she usually uses 8# for biceps and then does more reps than I can do without a small rest a couple of times. I would say 25-30 reps without pausing. She always says use what works for you. She will makes changes during the reps - hammer curls, regular curls etc.

Each exercise is about 3 minutes, sometimes per leg depending on the exercise.

I have it and it is good, but I prefer the almost endless variety of the two Unplugged series.

For those who don't have her Classics DVDs and want them this is a good time to jump on that.

I pretty much have all I want from Margaret but this is a hard sale to turn down, I might look to see if there is anything else I might want.

As I began collecting more of Margaret's videos (during her great sales), My Body of Work became redundant and I traded it. It just became a teaser to buy most of the workouts represented on it.

Tara we love a lot of the same workouts. Would you say this one has good music?

I have been wanting Beauty to the Bone for quite some time now. My DH bought it for me today. I love her floor work.

Not Tara, but I think the Classics have good music.
