I personally love KCM. I am still healing from a bad ankle break. Not sure when I'll be trying it out, but I snapped it up. I'm not a Facebook fan but my sister passed this onto me when she learned about it. Very glad KCM is still putting out DVD's for those of us who aren't able to stream
