KCM Boxing Recommendations

I'm an intermediate exercise and i'd like to try KCM Boxing but there's so many to choose from.

What would you recommend to someone new to boxing, KCM, and an intermediate exerciser.

thanks for the help

I LOVE Kelly’s Total Body Kickbox. Workout two on this DVD is one of my very favorite workouts by Kelly. You use light weights with workout 2 - Kelly uses 3 lb. weights. I did it this morning!

My favorite is TLC: Train like a Contender. The boxing combos are easy, fun and the music is great.

This is my favorite too but I don't have a lot of hers, so not a whole lot to compare with.

TLC I think is the best one. You could also sign up for RAW, she has a lot of boxing on there.

I love the Cardio portion of Cardio Pump from Kelly. This is more boxing than kickboxing and so much fun! Lean from Strong and Lean is a fun boxing routine, too.

I don’t think TLC is the best recommendation for someone new to boxing.

You might want to try this 15 minute boxing workout on YouTube from Kelly.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PXMugVz9zr0

You could see if this is a type of workout that you would like and if you like Kelly's boxing style.

Enjoy your new workouts, I love TLC! It is fun and the music is good, maybe start without weighted gloves at first, I always get sore with this one when I haven't done it in a while. I also have and love her step boxing dvd.
