I saw on Facebook that Kelly is releasing Raw Box and Pump 5 on DVD with a preorder on January 1. She said she will be replicated the DVD only once and when they’re sold, that’s it. She didn’t mention anything about the price.

Do her raw workouts offer beginner-friendly pacing? As in, I can lift moderate to heavy without sacrificing form due to pace? I don’t like Jessica Smith or certain Firm works bc of that.

I won't buy it because I don't do workouts longer than 45 minutes anymore.

I suppose that it's not chaptered because it's merely a copy of a streaming workout? I'd only want it if I could skip through the boxing to get to the strength. I asked of there was a clip and got the response posted in the other thread.

ETA. Nope, not chaptered.

Thanks, CharM. I missed that earlier thread. I appreciate the information. I still don’t know if I will order. But the FOMO because it’s a limited release is real.

It's up!!! Just ordered the DVD on her website and it then went through Paypal. Not having premixes may make it hard for me. I'm not a fancy boxing person. Pretty basic. Happy New Year Everyone....

Very glad she posted this opportunity. I hope she keeps putting things on DVD. I won't become a streaming person. Keeping my DVD collection with me, and it's big.....

I was going to purchase and saw she is offering her Raw Fitness Ladder DVD for $5.00 as an add on. For both of them the shipping to me in Pennsylvania was over $10 though. I decided not to purchase.
