Best KCM for muscle building?
KCM is having a sale. I have a few KCM but would like to order more. Any recommendations strength workouts for building muscle?

Muscle Up Lift 2B Fit is definitely the slowest, heaviest weight workout from KCM. You can also "heavy up" with Weights, Split Sessions and Muscle Definition

Weights is a favorite of hers for me. It is well suited to going heavy.
