Thumbs up Leslie's series Wake Up and Walk

She's putting up a 15-ish minute workout every Monday for 12 weeks, and today starts week 10. From the ones I've previewed, there's a mile walk or a 10-ish minute walk followed by some toning or stretching. Short, varied, and just what I need! Hope this helps someone get up and get moving.
