I asked a similar question a few months back and got a lot of good advice. I wasn't specifically looking for no/low impact cardio but with health issues I can't do advanced cardio.

Narrowing it down to toning/weight work has helped in deciding what to try. I didn't like what I tried from either of them, but now I know it's because step aerobics has never been a favorite of mine. Kelly has more of a AWT 4-limb feel from what I've previewed today. Cathe is hit and miss.
