Question Glute Lift advice

With menopause, along with the zillion other things, I'm losing my once perky bubble butt. I used to not like it...grass is always greener! Anyone in this wonderful period of life care to share their most effective glute lifting routine along with how many days a week you did and how long til you noticed an uplift?

Thanks!!

Either EBX2, Mary Helen Bowers floor work or KB Swings. Weighted supine glute thrusts are also great for an add-on. Eight weeks of consistent work typically--the frequency of the program depends on your choice. Three days a week for heavy weights or 4 days per week for floor work.

Some people really like the Butt Bible program. I had better results with the other programs. HTH.

I just Googled "EBX2" and came up with "El Burrito Express 2." I'm guessing that's not what you meant?

I was wondering what everyone was referring to in the Total Fitness DVDs Sale thread until someone posted a copy and paste of their order list. I believe it's Edge Booty Extreme Volume 2.

It takes a while, but 80 Day Obsession was great for glute work.
