Favorite Standing Glute Work?

I am looking for suggestions for your favorite and of course, most effective glute toning exercises that can be done on the "run"....so to speak. For instance...while brushing your teeth...working in the kitchen...etc.

Also, I would even welcome your favorite exercises (can be lying) for strengthening/toning that area. I can perhaps squeeze those in also.

thanks in advance....Lora

Barlates -10 Minute Glute Burnout
Barlates- Fusion Mat Glute Bridge- 16 minutes
Batlates- Lower Body Mat Challenge
Barlates- Standing Barre Glutes

You could use a combination of the exercises presented in these workouts and do them "on the run" as you desire.

Funny haha! I don't know if it was intentional or not, but still funny

For standing work, I like 10 Minute Solution Butt Lift with Christine Bullock and 10 Minute Solution Belly, Butt, and Thigh Blasters with Jessica Smith.

This is a very "unsung" workout - unassuming, short and to the point, but yeesh - very intense.

Hi, Lora!
While these are not specifically for glutes, my favorite kitchen-counter moves are plies, squats, attitudes, glute lifts and any kind of stretch I can think of that involves using the counter like a barre. My square kitchen is also good for walking lunges, and I do Leslie's 4 basic steps often, while waiting for water to boil or during commercials while cleaning up after dinner. (Little TV in kitchen makes heinous chores less, well, heinous! )

In line with Sandrine's post, what I'd do is try to fit in some of the 10-minute glute-focused Exhale Core Fusion workouts, as a refresher, and then use some of those moves "on the run". Those tiny barre moves - little leg lifts in different positions, plies, etc. - are killer for the glutes!

I'm a newish subscriber to LEKfit and find the bounce classes have lots of terrific and interesting standing leg/glute work. The LEKfit sculpt classes do as well.
