Hello, I am replying because is the 2nd time you posted the question. I don't want to single you out.
My advice, focus on your nutrition. Create a deficit with nutrition and/or extra cardio. YOU CAN NOT SHAPE FAT!!! In the same situation I will keep lifting weights heavy in order to avoid muscle loss. If you don t work your muscles with resistance, they will atrophy for lack of use.
