Others I can think of:
Anni Mair's Fierce Force Amy Dixon's Super Fit Bod Jari Love's Get Ripped 1000 Cathe Friedrich's High Step Training As you already mentioned -- numerous kettlebell workouts. KCM's Home Gym Intervals is great but only if I mute it, play my own music and use a rebounder for cardio bursts. My heartrate goes through the roof. |

I'm going to suggest Cindy Whitmarsh's "Ten Days to a Better Body," even though it's more intermediate and it's broken into UB/LB... because she does just about every cardio burst you could ever think of--running in place, jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, scissor lunges... they're all in there (and there's, what, like 30 of them?). She has a particular fondness for mountain climbers and burpees, especially at the end of the workout. She also demonstrates more intense versions of the moves, which is nice. I can go kind of moderate with the weights, because her form is very, very good--but the intervals are only a minute long and they're timed (not counted/repped), so I don't know how heavy you want to go, if you care about keeping up with the instructor.
