Hi bee the workouts schedule from EBE2 was posted below. EBE1 is beginners/intermediate. May come later and post info about these later. Running errands now.

Well, yes if you are interested in hitting the butt often or having more glutes focused workouts I am going to follow EBE2, but may add on EBE1 workouts. Eva said the workouts are short. Maybe can be good add on to anything in a future. There is a single leg burn out workout that interest me. I like standing single leg training and there are no many options out there.

Why do I open these threads! I've been thinking about getting this series so when I get the green light from the doctors to work out after my car accident and talked myself out of it a few times. As soon as I saw the code for 20% off I thought if it works on the combo pack for DVDs 1&2 I'll get it, thinking it wouldn't work, and it worked - saving myself $25!
