Ha! I read this a million years ago along with other books by A Trigiani and really enjoyed it. I *just* started Viola in Reel Life after stumbling on her available books on my library site. I'm enjoying it some but it's such a stark change after the Stephen King bender I've been on I'm not sure I'll stick with it.

Love seeing what everyone's reading!

I just finished Lauren Graham’s Have I Told You This Already? I enjoyed it very much. It’s a quick read and she shares interesting anecdotes from inside Hollywood. It was also nice to read something light.

Between work and classes, I haven't been able to get to the library in a couple weeks so I've been working my way through the pile of books I bought at garage sales this past summer. There were three that I couldn't get beyond chapter one so I won't even bother mentioning them. Ones I did make it through are The Best of Enemies by Jen Lancaster, Mean Streak by Sandra Brown, The Petting Zoo by Jim Carroll, and I'm almost finished with Pretty Baby by Mary Kubica.

I finished Act of Oblivion by Robert Harris, which I really enjoyed and now I'm reading North and South by Elizabeth Gaskell, which I'm enjoying even more.

Got a copy of the Audio Cd version of Neil Gaiman's Sandman from the library yesterday, and wow, I can see why it's been so highly reviewed. Great performances, great production values.

I've only listened to one disc so far, and may dole them out one at a time as a treat, just to make it last longer, LOL!! Highly recommend!

I am working my way through the Longmire series, which I love, and awaiting the release of Louise Penny's and Patricia Cornwell's new books.

Fans of Karin Slaughter Will Trent series. The TV show Will Trent will premiere Jan. 3rd on ABC or Hulu

I was looking forward to seeing this when I heard they were doing a TV series. The cast are nothing like the characters in the book. They don't have a cast for Sara Linton maybe if the series is successful, she will appear later on. (Sara didn't appear in the Will Trent series until the 3rd book.) They do have Angie Polaski

I'm still going to watch it. You never know it might be great TV series. I remember Rizzoli and Isles were nothing liked the characters in the book, and I really like the TV show.
