November! I'm in!!! In October, I really enjoyed doing more FIRMs during the workweek and I've started to see some positive changes so I'll continue to do FIRMs this month! Goal: 4 FIRM per week, add in other cardio workouts and additional stretch workouts.

Cathe’s April 2022 rotation (w/subs)

Week 1
9. (S) SUPREME 90: - Tabata Inferno. P30 High Impact Hiit is the first workout on the rotation but I couldn’t face all those burpees the first workout after a rest day. P.M.: CIZE - Hold Your Own
10. STRONG & SWEATY: PHA Training Scrambled Premix #2. P.M. CIZE: Get Into It + Yv2: Sweat Sensation
11. (S) CATHE: Rockout Knockout
12. LIS: Athletic Training. This kicked my butt good. I need to work on my step aerobic endurance. I used a 6 inch step while Cathe & crew were on 8 & 10 inch steps making it look easy. P.M. CIZE: Work Your Body
13. LITE: Cardio Party + HARDCORE SERIES: Kickmax (w/u, combos, stretch, 40mins)
14. STS: Total Body + CIZE: Turn It On. STS TB kicked my butt. I went fairly heavy and it left me breathless, it took me 75 minutes to finish, due to my many breaks. Loved it, good core routine, too! P.M.Yv2: WISI (first 1/2)
15. Yv2: WISI (second 1/2) + TRAVIS ELIOT: Yoga Foundations Sequence 1 through Mountain Pose, approx 20 mins, (virgin).I enjoyed YF, definitely my speed. Looking forward to completing the rest of the routine. We got our first snowfall of the season today, approx 1 inch,, temps above freezing so no sticking to roads.

Week 2

17. LITE: PHA 2 + CIZE: Hold Your Own + PERFECT FLOW: Timesaver Mobility Basics Strength

25. LITE: Rev’d Up Rumble + Calorie Crush Premix. I’d forgotten how good RUR is. Lots of fun with perfect music.
26. ICE: Bootcamp Circuit + Blizzard Blast Premix. Love! P.M. Yv2: Rock It Out + Sweat Sensation
27. I placed my Cathe, new DVDs, order this morning. I also ordered the firewalker loops, green small mini ball, 4 pack resistance tubes, and the step mat. AMD - I ended up ordering a MacBook Air a few days ago, lol, so much for not being interested in a laptop. ZUMBA: Zumba Max. Yv2: WISI
28. PERFECT PUMP: Pump Upper Body & Pump Lower Body Premix. Wow! Got me good! My new workout shoes were delivered, Ryka Daze XT Training Shoe, they are sooooo cute. They were half off, no returns, so I hope I love them. Otherwise, they will be used as walkabout shoes.

Missed the party, lol, but just wanting to poke
in to wish AMDe a much belated but Happy BIRTHDAY!! Still trying to decide about Cathe's presale. Edging towards No and highly like to just order the Phase 3 Dvds later down the line. I subscribe to her streaming every now and again (although that is becoming too $$ too with exchange rates. LOL), so can sample there. For Canadians, the set is cost prohibitive. I live relatively close to the border, but again postal boxes etc will all cost something as well.
Keep on rocking your activities into the Winter! Hoping to re-join you before long! DH still in hospital, but not in critical care.

Elsie - Good to hear from you and thanks for the update on your husband. That's great news he is no longer in critical care. I hope he gets stronger every day and can come home soon. It will be great to have you checking back in when you are ready! Take care.

Thanks so much, Elsie!! It was a very fun day & weekend! I was hoping you'd pop in with an update on things. I hope your DH continues to improve and can go home soon. Bex, Yvette's YT workout is a FUN one! I thought I'd just complete it to the 35 min. break but got my 2nd wind and did the whole 70 min.! Whew!! Loved her orange top and orange shoes!!

Elsie, I am glad to hear your DH is doing much better, sending healing vibes his way for a complete recovery. // I am on the same boat, pretty costly set, I think I will past for now, and pray it will go on a good sale in the future so I can also apply the bundle discount code to it. ETA: I e-mailed Cathe's customer service asking if there were any plans to sell on Amazon.ca in the near future, they replied that at the moment there were no plans on it.
