Any Cathe strength premixes that ALTERNATE upper & lower?

I'm back on track doing full body strength workouts and I'm wondering if anyone recalls if there are any Cathe strength workouts or premixes that ALTERNATE upper & lower exercises.

I did her Lite Pyramid Pump this morning and the upper/lower premix was all of the lower body moves sequentially followed by the entire upper body workout.
Same thing for "Perfect Pump".

Has it become outmoded? Is it too inconvenient to build in those transition cue cards between upper & lower moves?

If not Cathe, which KCM or Jessica Smith workouts have this?

Thanks for your advice.

I was going to suggest the PHA workouts as well. I thought they were a nice change from all upper and all lower.

The PHA workouts are great!

If I am remembering correctly, Caroline Girvan on youtube has alternating upper and lower -- either in her Iron or Fuel series (or maybe both).

Cathe's original Pyramids do this in the total body premix. In the beginning, I think it's two lower body, then two upper, after that it alternates.

The original Boot Camp would work too, just do the premix without the cardio.

Actually, Perfect Pump has a 54:37 premix that alternates some lower body exercises with some upper body exercises. The sequencing reminds me of Firm Strength. It doesn't alternate a lower body exercise with an upper body exercise, but it DOES alternate groups of upper and lower body. It's under the Mish-Mosh menu.

Perfect Pump - where to find premix

Garrie,
Thank you for the suggestion on Cathe's Perfect Pump, one of my all-time fave workouts.

I can't find a mish-mosh menu in the premixes. Where should I be looking?

Not Garrie, but here’s a view of her premixes for Perfect 30 Pump. You’ll need to click on Premixes:
https://shop.cathe.com/perfect-pump-DVD-p/1065.htm

At the bottom, listed are the Mish Mosh premixes. It’s the first one.

This premix is my favorite for wanting a solid total body workout! I do it more often than just the upper or just the lower body workout!

I also think Lite Pyramid Pump has a scrambled premix that alternates. It’s a long one. Over an hour.
