Howdy! This week has been super busy. Life will be much easier once my daughter gets her driver's license (hopefully this summer!) We live out of town and it is a 30 minute drive from our house to her school. Luckily, my husband's office is near the school.
I have been hitting the Cathe ICE workouts and finished up my second week of them today. I haven't planned out what I want to do next, but will probably do some faves over the next few days.

I think I am one of the few people on VF who have yet to try out Caroline Girvan.
Kate: Lisa is an incredible athlete! Hope the house cleaning was satisfying. I am sure Justin appreciated it.
Kim: I can relate to exercise ADD, but I also like following a rotation so I don't waste time deciding what to do, which can be very time-consuming as I have a large workout collection, LOL. I have about 2 hours to set things up, work out and shower each weekday, and I want to make it count! Of course I could always add on a walk or yoga in the evening, but I usually don't.
