KCM New DVD
Longtime Lurker here. Just wanted to let everyone know that Kelly Coffey-Meyer has a new DVD out. You will find it on her website
Coffeyfit.com The title is Coffeyfit RAW Fitness Ladder 2. The price is 8.99. The total is 14.99 after the shipping charge. You can use Paypal or Credit Card. I personally love KCM. I am still healing from a bad ankle break. Not sure when I'll be trying it out, but I snapped it up. I'm not a Facebook fan but my sister passed this onto me when she learned about it. Very glad KCM is still putting out DVD's for those of us who aren't able to stream

I ordered this one. The clip reminded me of Body Shop which is my favorite KCM workout. I don’t have her app (prefer DVDs) so I am excited to give this a try.
