Rebounding workouts

So...I'm picking up my rebounder tomorrow! Now of course, I need some workouts. Would appreciate any suggestions for intermediate to advanced exercisers, and would love to know of any free ones on YouTube!

I second both of these. There's also Tatiana Trevia. She's from Brazil and her videos are in portugese but you can follow along.

Arnita Champion also has intermediate/advance videos. She doesn't have a playlist with just the rebounding videos but you can check out the channel and find them:

Linda from Barlates has a lot of good rebounder workouts. I use the express set a lot for quick cardio add ons. If music is important to you, you will want to play your own. Most of her rebounder workouts are free on YouTube.
