Quickly previewed the toning segments on disc #1. Nothing that you haven't done before with Leslie using a regular band. Leslie is alone on the upper and lower body segments.
Nick leads the segment on the total body strength training with a group of people including one other male. The band has loops which I believe he referred to as a rung. To make a move more intense you gather up more of the band. |

Previewed part of disc 2 but quickly Joni O'd it. There are a group of 7 walkers with Leslie. They appear to be all new walkers except for Camille. They use the band to incorporate exercises while walking.
In my humble opinion the music is obnoxious and is loud, overpowering Leslie's voice. |

I'm returning the kit!
I just called customer service for a return authorization number. Definitely not worth the $58.95 I paid for the kit (The shipping was $9.95).
Quite disappointed. I thought the Walk-Eat-Lose kit was much better. |
