I called Walk at Home customer service. I was told that the discs will only play on a DVD player. I questioned the women who then asked her supervisor. She then confirmed that the discs cannot be played on a computer! She said that was the way the discs were made!

Never heard of such a thing; I've always been able to play my fitness DVDs on the computer.

Oh, I'm so sorry to hear this. Nothing like feeling like it is Christmas day and then have this happen. So disappointing.

Fed Ex Smart Post. I never received a shipping confirmation, I sent customer service an email.

Quickly previewed the toning segments on disc #1. Nothing that you haven't done before with Leslie using a regular band. Leslie is alone on the upper and lower body segments.

Nick leads the segment on the total body strength training with a group of people including one other male. The band has loops which I believe he referred to as a rung. To make a move more intense you gather up more of the band.

Previewed part of disc 2 but quickly Joni O'd it. There are a group of 7 walkers with Leslie. They appear to be all new walkers except for Camille. They use the band to incorporate exercises while walking.

In my humble opinion the music is obnoxious and is loud, overpowering Leslie's voice.

Previewed part of Disc 3 - Leslie is alone in all 3 of the miles. Not crazy about the music on this disc either.

Decided to watch forensic files instead of previewing any more...

I just called customer service for a return authorization number. Definitely not worth the $58.95 I paid for the kit (The shipping was $9.95).

Quite disappointed. I thought the Walk-Eat-Lose kit was much better.

Sorry you had to Joni-O it all, Donna, and I hope you'll get a full refund. Win some, lose some, I guess. But now you've roused my curiosity about Leslie's sneakers!
