Recs please. Best butt lifter!

One of my New Year's goals is to lift and firm those cheeks. Any particular workouts or kits that you would recommend?

I don't like to go heavy for my lower body. Doesn't work well for me. I have considered Brazil Butt Lift, TA Glutecentric and Physique 57.

Please tell me what has worked best for lifting your... spirits in this area. TIA.

I don't lift heavy for my lower body - best results for me are tonique & kettlebells

Ballet Beautiful hands down. I have Brail Butt Lift and while I really like Leandro I couldn't stick with it. I don't do anything quad heavy and they have been the best results I have ever had.

How about some good old leg presses on a Fanny Lifter or step.

I swear that The Firm with the fanny lifter step is working miracles for me and it wasn't even on my list of things that needed repair with my body. I do Maximum Body Shaping the most, with Tracie Long, but even at that, over the last few months haven't done it a lot and gotten great results. They also have Standing Legs which is a killer. Get yourself a 12-16 inch step, do one of those workouts a week and I swear that will do it.

Agree with leg presses with tall box or step and KB. I really notice a difference when I do those(may have to add them back in once a week!)

Hi NorthernlightI've heard the kettle bells do it and Barre because of all the seat work in them. I'm working on it so I can't tell you what has done it personally.

Now how do you measure a lifted buti? The pencil test?

Margaret Richard lifted my butt better than anyone else and I've tried most of them. I've only been doing her workouts exclusively for the past three or four years and like the results.
