Read the thread title and thought -- My butt has fallen and it can't get up!

Any combo of lunges, squats and step-ups work for me.

Earlier this week while I was searching for lower body blasters, I came across people on another site showing their before and after pics from using The Butt Bible for six weeks. I immediately ordered it from Amazon. After I noticed the full workouts, all three levels, are available on YouTube. I received the dvds today, and hope to start them this weekend!

That's interesting. My one "complaint" about TA Meta Ab was that it hits the glutes and abs and neglects the hip area, for the most part. I find that Meta has hit my glutes very well.

I've not seen my butt in a while. Now, this thread makes me want to go and inspect it for possible "droopiage". I think I'll do it now!

I agree whole heartedly!!! I have done 90 days of Glute Continuity 1.1 and 120 days of OMNI and 340 days of Abcentric. Abcentric does hit the butt/Glute quite well. It also does wonders for love handles.

This made me laugh out loud, I want perky, stand-to-attention buttocks! I have all the tools, kettlebells, floor work and tall box!

This. I could've written this whole thing. My nickname from my youngest sister is Pancake ***.

Thank you. A lot of good suggestions. I have been doing a lot of Powerfit and Ellen. I will hate to give up Ellen because her workouts feel so good and I do Powerfit to get back into workouts after being gone.

As many have said changing things up seems to be the way to go. I will try to add in swings each day.

I was doing squats, lunges and tall box (Jari, Jillian, FIRM) and burning out on them. I wanted something more gentle. I guess my body is telling me to 'get back to work'

This is where a magic wand would come in handy. Anyone have one for trade?????????

I'm doing omni continuity & while it's changing all parts of my body - it's not changing my glutes like kettlebells does. Not bad, just not nearly enough as kettlebell swings does.

When I'm consistent with TA my abs, arms & waist have never looked better - which is why I'm getting back into it
