I was going to ask if that was a new picture, you look great Rozy!

I would start out with Skogg and then if she wants more add RKS. I had great results with Skogg and it gives a great foundation in kettlebells. Some people prefer what is sometimes refered to as kettlebell lite. While I think kettleworx is in that category THAT set is not favored by the people who prefer that style.

Adding; The MB45 set is good too, and has good instruction.

Lauren Brooks 1 and 2 were my first KB workouts and I still love them. She has great form and there's zero dread-factor. They're pricey but they're fun and effective!

I recommend MB45 Essentials, w/ the sale price ($14) it's really a bang for your buck set. It has 5 workouts (not repeat footage) that mix KB & bodyweight exercises, 1 bodyweight workout, warm-up & instructional. The instructor, Marcus Martinze, is pleasant, knowledgable & is a certified (RCK) KB instructor. I think many people who are not sure about KBs would like to go the cheaper route, and I think MB45 works for the price, and it comes w/ quality instruction (some cheaper ones, have poor form & instruction or just have one workout per DVD, not multiple).

I started w/ Sarah Lurie's Iron Core Vol. 1, and that did not push me in the direction of liking KBs (good workout, she's experienced/educated, but her delivery is dry). I then tried Lauren Brooks' Volume 1 (Ultimate Body Sculpt & Conditioning), and enjoyed that and had some training w/ Lauren, and then really clicked w/the KBs. Her workouts are a bit on the pricey side ($39) but they are quality/solid (I have her 3 volumes, and like each one, she mixes in KB & bodyweight exercises, too).

Some curious about KBs may like the kettlebell lite workouts (Kettlenetics, Brook Benten), and those tend to be cheaper in price (but some are not certified or trained by reputable organizations, just jumping on a bandwagon). I tried Kettlenetics & the Firm KB workout, and did not care for it, I don't like the KB lite (one could just use a dumbbell or med ball for those exercises vs. a tiny bell) but it works for others.

I agree. All of these posts promoting Kettleworx is ridiculous. And it's the only thing that this person posts about since joining last month.
