Speaking of Debbie, I just found this article online. Wow, things sure have changed for her in the last few years...
"Fitness expert Debbie Siebers' life has not been going well at all recently. After her original installment of exercise videos, she decided to release her new low budget workout set "Slum in six." Her first video "Barn it up" was a very weak attempt at adapting new scenery into her workouts. Her second, Farm it up, was another poor attempt at a "vacation" video but that location was all she could afford. Many viewers will also be distracted by the incessant "Baaahhhhh" and "Moooooo" noises of her background exercisers, reminiscent of the Turbo Ham's workouts. In "Rump it up," Debbie returns with her barnyard exercisers in one of the least aesthetically pleasing videos ever made. Her final installment, Tear it up, shows Debbie's emotional state after succumbing to all her life's difficulties. For her, there was no need to change the name of this one from the original as she just didn't care anymore. Yeah, her shirt is soaking wet at the end of the workout, but none of it was sweat. The realization of where she now calls home was too much for her and she just lost it all throughout the workout. Unfortunately, in this reviewers opinion, this set seems more like a sad documentary than an bunch of exercise videos meant to uplift the participant. I just hope her next video, Ton it up, is not a result of how her body has gravitationally changed since her previous "Tart it up" workout."

Wow, the male VFers have emerged in this thread! Speaking of Karen V., she could just re-release BLT on a Ball without changing a single letter in the title. She would really be eating a BLT sandwich on a ball. Poor Debbie! In her next attempt at recapturing fitness star glory, she gets desperate: The new Slim in Sex series. (Slime in Sex is a bonus extra). Billy Blanks comes back from vacation and does an aqua Taebo workout: Taebo Damped. Kath, I need that Fit Chin Pilates workout. But I hear there's also a Fit Hic workout, for those hiccups. KIm Spreen, looking strangely expressionless, comes out with Kickbox Botcamp. Janis Saffell, looking strangely defensive, comes out with Brand New "But..." giving in to Hollywood culture, Brad Schoenfeld releases "Look Great Faked."
