I like Coach Ali. I found him while searching for a long foam roller practice (most foam roller practices move too fast IMO). He has a 1 hour 20 minute practice which is bit excruciating but makes me feel amazing once its over.

I tried one of his upper body weight workouts recently and liked it a lot. The one I did had isometric as well as isotonic exercises which I don’t see very often.

I am going to try one of his lower body workouts today.

I discovered this one, yesterday in my feed:

https://www.youtube.com/c/LearnSomatics

I did the QL release video today and it really helped. That is an area of tightness for me.

I'm looking forward to doing more from this channel.

Really good challenging yoga channel called sunseekayoga that uses props very creatively in some classes:

I really like Running Switzerland TV on YouTube. He posts runs he does wearing a head camera, and I love running on my rebounder to his stuff most Saturdays. I like to cast it onto my TV or go to YouTube on my TV so the scenery is almost life size. He’s not always in Switzerland. Her ran around a few places in London and on some beautiful beaches. The scenery is so beautiful especially during the dreary winter months. I wear my headphones and listen to my own music and run to his videos. He does some with music and some without. I’m not a fan of breathing and other body noises so I just mute the sound and use my own music. He used to use music on all of his posts but some people actually requested no music.
