Jane, my husband doesn't like pattern dancing so I gave it up when we married 12 years ago. He only likes the C&W basic steps. I do some line dancing which is fun. Someday I would love to learn ballroom dancing.

Sometimes at night I sleep with arch compression sleeves on my feet. My PF is always bad in the morning. I tried sleeping in those PF boots and they are not comfortable so it wakes me up at night.

Finished big - after a 35C day (95F) and 87% humidity, finished not long before dark with:
41min, Cathe - Step Blast - Combos 1,2,3 Mix (6") then immediately followed with 90min, dog walk (dusk + breeze - dog was happy about that!)

Hey gang, last two days have been a lot of packing. Whew! I am thankful to the weightlifting for helping in that dept! Yay. Right now it's feeling like we won't be ready in time, but trying not to panic. We really ought to have had more done with my late FIL's clutter/stuff by now. I have been pushing and doing much myself, but DH hasn't been easy.
Question - how is Pickleball in relation to Racquetball? My interest is peaked, having only played racquetball. For some reason, I don't enjoy tennis.
AMD, I will just echo other's excellent advice here to not be so tough on yourself.
T2B, WTG on getting in bonus routines!
Mell, how are you finding Cee's 40-4-40 thus far? WTG on your consistency with it & your mobility routines! Wow.
