That's funny Laura--I feel the exact same way!

I just finished two books:
Chasing Shakespeares
Queen of This Realm

Both were had tie-ins to the Elizabethan area and were topics I enjoy, but both had too much overwhelming historical details for my liking. As with videos though, YMMV.

I used to love his books when I was a teenager. Once upon a time I wanted to be a vet.
I have had not been doing any book reading. I tend to read mostly news lately which is not good for my mood.
I am planning on reading Washington Black by Esi Edugyan. Its for my book group's July meeting. I missed the last two meetings because I wasn't much interested in the books for those months and the June book isn't thrilling me either.
