I would probably get the 3x3 system. I don’t think you really need the strap to hold the ball, why couldn’t you just squeeze a small ball between your thighs without the strap? The other pieces of equipment that are part of p Volve are just regular things, weights, mat, etc.
I think someone commented that the bands are a pain to attach in the 3x3 system. I guess I’m not much help.
I would compare the workouts that each program has and probably decide based on that.
