Nothing has changed my glutes like barre work. I hate it but it works magically. The most effective workout segments are in Core Fusion Thighs and Glutes (I just do the glute work). Of course this is also the one I hate the most

Thanks for sharing!! My butt is a problem area for me so I'll definitely have to use those tips. I tried the Brazil Butt Lift by beachbody for my bum and it turned out I really loved it and got good results. So now I signed up for their online workouts so I can try more of their programs too. And I much prefer to workout at home than at a gym
