Yes it will. The classes look great and the slide really looks like fun. I think someone here posted a link to their site where you can see clips of their class.

There are instructions for making your own slide in this thread:

Anyone still use a slide?

VFer Lisa TV posted the instructions near the end of the thread.

ETA: There are also older workouts listed that use a slide.

I forgot what the clip looked like; thanks so much for posting it again!
The workout looks great. Again, I won't be buying a slide board - too big and too expensive - but I see I can use gliders for some of the moves and will happily substitute rebounding or jumprope during the cardio sections.

That clip looks sooo fun! I hadn't seen it before.

I am totally buying this when it comes out. With the board. (I'm still humming that Black-Eyed Peas song . . .)

There was talk about it in an earlier thread I think. Anyway I emailed them and they confirmed there is a DVD coming out this Spring and I believe they said they would also be selling the slide board.

Oh ok, thanks! I do recall that thread but didn't see anything mentioned on their website so wasn't sure if it was rumored or confirmed.

Thanks to everyone who replied. I'm thinking the 6 foot would be better.
