Leslie Miracle Miles - all 3 miles from Disc 3. It was one of those days that I didn't want to jump,kick,dance, or get horizontal with my workout, so there wasn't much left. I didn't even break a sweat. My outdoor walks, on the other hand, make me sweat like crazy and really work the legs.

Pull-up machine 3 x 3
Kettlebell rack squat 3 x 7
Kettlebell floor press 3 x 8
Kettlebell swing 3 x 15
Kettlebell one arm shoulder press 3 x 6
Leg abduction machine 2 x 20
10 minutes of rowing
