Advanced circuit recommendations

Any recommendations for advanced circuit DVDs (alternating weights and cardio)?

Thanks!

Patrick Goudeau's Lean Hot Body is a good one, and Patrick's Hard Work Conditioning 2 is the hardest of his HWC series. Kelly Coffey's Circuit Burn is advanced IMO if you do the premix that combines both 30 minute workouts and use heavier weights.

Paul Katami's BootCamp 4x4 is a good one - truly a butt-kicking workout
As are his kettlebell ones

I agree with all of the above and also I suggest Cathe's Bootcamp and her High Step Challenge.

Any thoughts on Sharon T.'s All body attack? Is the music slow enough to use say 10s, or is it fast forcing you to use 5s?

Thanks!

Hi, i feel like you could go heavy on hers . . for the strength segments. I remember liking this workout quite a bit. it does have a weird section where you use the step as a weight, but it's kinnda cool cause it's actually pretty hard.

Bob Harper's workouts are good and really tough IMO. They are pretty cheap, too.
