Question Circuit workout recommendations

I recently tried Kelly Coffey's Circuit Burn and really loved it! I love the format of cardio/weights/cardio/weights. I guess it could be also called an interval workout in a sense. I like getting the HR up, then taking a "break" with the weights, and so on.

What other workouts can you suggest that follow this same format alternating cardio and weights? I have Jeanette Jenkins Bikini Bootcamp, and although I like it, it has all the cardio first, and then the weights. I'd prefer to mix it up.

Any ideas? Please and thank you!

Two that come to mind are KCM Boot Camp and Jari's Get Ripped 1000. I'm also interested in what others have to say since I like circuits/intervals too.

I can suggest Results: 10 Days to a Better Body. I like that one. Seperate UB and LB workouts also.

I have to admit I like alternating my cardio/weights better than trying to do weights at a cardio level/speed. That approach doesn't work very well for me, so I'll be taking notes also.

I did Amy Dixon's Super Fit Bod! yesterday. WHEW. If you preview it, you will say 'piece of cake.' If you do it, WOW. It gets your heart rate way up there. And I especially like it because you really can keep it low impact and still feel it.

Have you looked into Michelle Dozois New Peak DVDs - One is Cardio / Strength Circuit - clips at Collage and on her site (presale too if buying both)

I like a lot of the ones already mentioned.

I really like the way Amy Dixon did the cardio in SuperFitBod - builds up the intensity to 'breathless'.

Another Circuit not mentioned is CIA Step Surge - do it on an 8" step, hold 1,2 lb hand weights during the cardio and it really bumps up the intensity.

They look really good, and there's 15% if you order both DVDs - but Michelle doesn't accept Paypal payments from non-US sources. Pfftt!

But they will be available from Mary.
