I don't know much about Body Shred, but between 21 Day Fix and Body Revolution you get a lot more workouts with Body Rev, which is meant to be a 90-day program after all. Also, not all the 21 Day Fix workouts are circuits, however they're all meant to go together in a balancing way.

Which instructor do you think would be more appealing to your daughter?

Good question. I think she would be ok with either, but I think she might like the gal from 21 Day fix more.

Would she need to start with 21 Day Fix or is 21Day Fix Extreme ok? Do I order both?

I have not done a Body Rev, but to me 21DF isn't circuit work. A few workouts are, but not all.

I have done Body Revolution and 21 Day Fix both. Neither one exclusively so can't speak for results attributed to them, but I found Body Revolution more fun. That's just me though, because I think Jillian is hilarious, not offensive. Plus she is a more watered down version of Jillian in that set. I also love JNL fusion, and JNL herself didn't annoy me but a couple of her background exercisers did. 21 Day Fix were good solid workouts and Autumn was a nice lead, but I think she was just a little bit dry, which I'm sure some people prefer.

If instructor personality is really a concern, would your daughter want to try paper workouts? If so, I would highly recommend Kayla Itsines' Bikini Body Guide. Her workouts are incredibly deceptive. They look like they would be easy on paper, but they really are killer workouts! I also love the constant inspiration of her posts on Instagram.

I've only done Body Revolution, and I think it's a great choice. I love that set!
