KCM Weights workouts 1 and 2 premix with cardio recoveries. Haven't done this in a while; it's a goodie!

Michelle Dozois- Your Best Body Circuit

I picked this up at a thrift store about a month ago and this is the first time I've done it. I think it is a great workout! I was a bit worried as her Peak 10 workouts are too advanced for me. This is definitely lower in intensity than her Peak 10 workouts (which is what I wanted!). I see myself doing this quite often. I like that she uses weights and bands in this workout and the cardio isn't too complex or high impact, either.

I grew up as teener weener. It got shorten to weener when a nephew was learning to talk and he just called me weener.

Tracy Steen 60 min Power Hour Total Body. Not bad.

Getting over my cold and so busy. I hope to get in some good workouts this week. The only good thing out of it all is my daughter graduated from college last weekend. Yay! So proud.
