This isn't the band assisted pushup Chele described but it's another option if you have a way to anchor both sides.

They showed in the CVG app how to do the one Chele described but so far I'm not finding it on their YT channel.

i tried it last night.

i have 3 fabric booty bands, and i wound up using the one with the largest circumference, 34" loop. i'm 5'3" petite.

i felt "solid" doing this! you feel the stability and support in your upper arms.

in the down movement, i felt some resistance as my chest met the band, but i could feel the contraction. those who can go really low might be impacted by this since you'll meet the band or at least have resistance with your chest pushing on the band.

i tried both with the knees and on my toes - same stability.

2 thumbs up! or rather, 1 torso, way up!
