Looking for DVD that focuses on Balance
As the title states, I am looking for a DVD that focuses on Balance. TIA for your recommendations.
I have DVD's that are stored away and I might already have something that I don't need to buy but I would need a recommendation since I have not focused on balance in the past. I would like a DVD that contains short premixes less than 15 minutes so I can add on to my regular workouts. Lee Holden's Qi Gong for Better Balance is a good one. The shorter practice is about 20 minutes, I think. He is at a beautiful location. And, it's Lee!
Oh yes, V-Core. Such a good workout. Such an annoying vocal style!

I’ve improved my balance working out with Jessica Smith. Actually, most of her workouts, as she usually incorporates balance moves in everything. I like Build Balance and Inner Strength for balance, along with her fusion workouts. On you tube she has two Standing Pilates Ab workouts that are good balance workouts, and not easy ones either!
I like her yoga workouts too, but I feel like her fusion workouts improved my balance. But it’s hard to keep track of all of them!
